Question
Many students take a year off between school and university to travel or work. Some believe this wastes time, while others say it builds maturity. Discuss both views and give your opinion.
Model Answer
A can help young people learn practical skills and become more independent. They may also earn money for tuition. However, some students lose study habits and find it hard to return to formal education. In my opinion, a planned with clear goals is usually helpful.
