I would like to talk about my high-school physics teacher, Ms Tran. She taught us mechanics and also ran an optional after-school club. In class she did not only read the textbook. She used simple home experiments, like balls on a track, to show the ideas in real life. I think she was different because she was patient and remembered each student’s name, even in a class of more than thirty. I worked harder in physics because I did not want to let her down. Her enthusiasm stayed with me when I chose science-related modules later on.
