The line graph below shows how many people visited a city museum each year from 2019 to 2023. Figures are given in thousands. Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.
Model Answer
The graph gives information about visitors to a city museum between 2019 and 2023, and the units are thousands of people per year. In 2019 the museum had 120 thousand visitors. , there was a to 45 thousand in 2020. After that, the numbers rose to 90 thousand in 2021 and then to 135 thousand in 2022. By 2023 visitor numbers reached 160 thousand, which was than in 2019. In short, the chart shows a dip in 2020 followed by a clear recovery.
