The pie chart below shows the proportion of commuters using four transport modes in one city in 2024. Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Model Answer

The pie chart gives information about how commuters travelled in one city in 2024. Car was the most common choice, at 45 percent of people. Bus use was 28 percent and metro use was 18 percent. Bicycle had the smallest share, with only 9 percent. In summary, cars were used by nearly half of commuters and cycling was the least popular option.
